“Aulani Ho’oilo” quilt, 62” x 80”. Designed, machine pieced, and hand appliquéd by Jennifer Chiaverini and friends using 35 sampler blocks from her pattern book The Loyal Union Sampler from Elm Creek Quilts (C&T Publishing, 2013). Machine quilted by Sue Vollbrecht, 2012. Quilt top and back made of fabrics from Jennifer Chiaverini’s “Elm Creek Quilts: The Aloha Quilt Collection” from Red Rooster. Top and backing are 100% cotton. Hanging sleeve and tag. Excellent condition. Used for display at author events only. Inspired by the novel The Aloha Quilt by Jennifer Chiaverini (Simon & Schuster, 2010).
